The pre-chambers are torqued to 150 to 180 Nm,and the injector torque spec is 70-80 Nm.It's best to have a manual for reference, and a few special tools are needed as well.The pre-chamber installation procedure needs to be done by the book!.If you've resurfaced the head,a thicker pre-chamber sealing may be needed also.

thanks steve! i have made the special tools and they work great. one problem, is the last person that worked on this motor stripped out the hole for the prechamber retainer. i may have to pull the head to get it repaired. thanks again!

Good luck!
If you're going to have the head torn down again for the pre-chamber repair work,why don't you do some basic porting and manifold matching while it's disassembled?.Should make a noticeable improvement.
