W211 Ticking/clunking noise in Passenger side
Lately I've been hearing a weird clunking or ticking noise come from under the hood on the passenger side... It can been heard from inside the car if you turn off the music and listen very carefully.... It can also be heard from the front right tire. Keep in mind the video makes the noise seem louder than what it really is but its still noticeable to the naked ear. I'm completely lost on what is may be. Some say its natural activity from the valves. The car has 88k miles on it but its a pretty good condition for an 08'. Has always been service at MB. Hope it's nothing to serious... Any advice and input is welcomed. There are two videos below that ive recorded. Thanks guys.

There are several possible answers that come to mind.
#1. The belt tensioner is failing.
#2. The camshaft adjusters (superseded) are failing.
#3. The timing chain tensioner (superseded) is failing.
#4. The intake camshafts (superseded) have issues.
#5. The engine oil pump (superseded) is weak - failing.
