Can anyone provides me with the step by step procedure on how to fix this P2015 problem? I hope this is an easy DIY.
I have gone through many treads and was not able to get a clear resolution...

Also, since I am here... I have a whistling sound when I start my engine cold. The sound stay for a minute then stops. It comes back later when I start the car cold again. What could that be? Not sure if it is the hoses or injectors... Please help.
