My name is Dorsey and I am new to this site and I have a problem i drive a 2005 s500 4matic and i was having a issue with my cigarette lighter so i was pulling fuses looking to see which one was blown found one on the fuse box on the passenger side door replaced it and all of a sudden i totally lost my radio no sound nothing it comes on display reads radio unavailable then shuts off, i took it to the dealer was told audio gateway bad my problem is mercedes no longer carries this audio gateway or repairs it and all the shops on line i found dont repair them any more please somebody help beautiful car but no sound
