Issue on e55, feels like a wheel hop, vibration, is my differential going out?

Issue on e55, feels like a wheel hop, vibration, is my differential going out?
Ok guys help me out here. car: 2000 e55 w210

So at first I thought I had wheel hop on take offs because of bold rear tires, got those replaced and still have the same symptoms of what feels like a wheel hop (vibration) on take offs and goes away as speed increases. Its not alwyas felt it depends on how much pressure is applied on the accelerator is seems.
Thinking it could be a dif or drive shaft...
Ideas?
