hi, i have an intermittent problem with my garage door opener. sometimes when i try to use it the light under the rear view mirror doesn't blink and the garage door doesn't open. if i continue to press and release the button it eventually blinks and opens the garage door. i tried programming another button, but couldn't get the light to blink and was unable to program any of the other buttons. can i please get some helpful feedback on what could be wrong and how to correct it. it's a 2004 cl.
