I just had the rear seat DVD players installed in my 2011 ml350. When I put a DVD in the player located behind the center console, I get a message that says "not a valid disc". This was a DVD that I just literally took out of the package too. My kids were pretty disappointed that I couldn't figure it out. Any ideas? Thanks for the help.
