activating navigation problem

activating navigation problem
Hi every body
I have a 2009 glk 320, i upgraded my command aps , but i think the two dvds were fakes, then now there is a message with"activating navigation, please wait" but the navigation doesn't work anymore, all the other things work well but not the navigation, i reset the system from the board but it doesn't work, also i removed the fuse #26 and put it back again but nothing to do , is anyone could tell me if there is something special to do to solve this problem.excuse my english and thank you for your answers.

Thank you for the advice, i never thought about this, when i put the second dvd in my pc nothing happened, the pc didn't read it while there is files which appear when i put the first dvd in my pc, then i think there is an error on the second dvd, also, when i try to put another time the first dvd in my command aps , the system gives the message that the updating software is already installed, then i put the s3cond dvd and it tell me to put the first dvd with updating software, i think that the second dvd doesn't take account that the first dvd is already installed. So, what should i do? Thanks
