Need Tech/Shop for Motor Install on East Coast
I have found a motor from a vendor on the Forum that will sell me a low mileage 5.5L Motor for my 2010 E550 coupe that needs a Motor.
I had my local Mercedes dealer scope the cylinders and the cause of the oil/smoke is #1 cylinder is scored and has oil pooling on the top.
I have done motor replacements in the past on Mini's and lots of American and british cars but for some reason I am tenative on the Benz.
Anyone in the business or know of a good shop that may be interested in doing my swap if I provide the motor?
Located in PA, just outside Harrisburg but would consider shipping the car if needed.
