Removing 3rd brake light form a C-Class Coupe (C204)

Hi everybody,

We are tinting a C-Class Coupe 2011 rear window. In order to get a perfect finish, it would be good to remove the third brake light. I just can't find how to do it Suggestions anyone?

Thanks in advance!

Best regards,
Bart

Unlock rear seats and fold forward, remove c pillar trims left and right, disconnect electrical connectors at rear glass or you'll damage them!!!! I think there's a couple of 10mm bolts in trunk area underside of rear shelf. Lift up tray and work it out. Be careful.
