'99 E-series Canadian-spec import to USA
Question: When importing a Canadian car to the US, is one option to only swap out the speedometer (or its faceplate) and not the odometer? In other words, the speedometer is in miles per hour and the odometer is in kilometers?
This is a 1999 E-series.
