2003 ML350

Hello,
I have a 2003 ML 350 with 266,000 kms. I am located in Vancouver Canada.
The problems I am having with my ML is as follows:
Stop at a light or idle after the engine has warmed up and it runs rough. The idle drops from 650 RPM to below 500 RPM and hunts up and down. Apply throttle becomes OK.

Here is what I have done so far:
Replaced the Mass airflow sensor, the forward 2 oxygen sensors, the throttle position sensor.
I have also checked for leaks in the brake booster in case this was causing a lean mixture by have a hole in the diaphragm.

What else could it be? Please advise.
Thanks

Thanks Mohd. I will try that. If there are any other ideas I am open to suggestions. The rough idling it getting to be a problem as the outside air temperature starts to get warmer out here.
Thanks

The igniter did not help. ML still surges during idle when engine warmed up. Any more ideas I can try. Please help. Thanks.
