2012 E350 Coupe AC control problem

I have the following issue with AC control in the 2012 207 model.

I am leaving my garage early at 6am. It has a temperature of 86F.

(All sensors inside the car have the 86F starting point).
The internal car temp. selection is set at 75F.
Outside temp. 81F, humidity at 76%, no Sun, too early.

After a while of driving the the system starts to heat the foot-well.

In order the get any sort of cool air from the upper vents the internal setting has to be adjusted to 68F.
Contacted the dealer without success, they say it is within the manufacturer specifications.
?Which specifications?
I have been unable to find any specifications on Star Tekinfo.
Is it possible that there is a faulty sensor.

Has anybody had a similar problem.

Thanks for your help, JK

Did this behavior just start? If so, insist that the dealer check it out. They can get a readout of all sensors and one out of whack will show up immediately. Hot air in Florida in June doesn't sound in-spec to me.

It has always been this way. I am waiting for a reply from the dealer.
It is the third time I am trying to get a response.
There is an inconsistency, it seems to get better from time to time which I think is caused by the Sun sensor. If the Sun comes out it gets into the cooling mode. That is my present assumption.
Could not find any information on Startek with regards to sensor resistance values or any other system description.

Been to the dealer. There response was that the system functions as designed.
They did connect the Xentry diagnostic system and everything is according to specifications. When asked for details there were none. There are no values like sensor resistance etc. given.
In the old days one could adjust the temperature mix door position in order to pull the system into the proper range.

I will buy an MB Star diagnostic system.

I am at a dead-end, looks like no one on this forum has had similar issues.
