Looking for copy of TSB 070021F from July 11,2003. Does anyonee have this?

I believ this is the newest motor mounts TSB. Unfortunately, no copy was posted on the NHTSA website. If someone could scan this, that would be great. Thanks!

It looks very extensive, but I was unable to find 2003 Mercedes. Also, they have no copies of the printed TSB's like on the other site. On the nhtsa site they used to have these but now they are all gone.
