2007 E350 with a P0446 Code

2007 E350 with a P0446 Code
My dealer informed me that the check engine light is a result of a code P0446. I understand this to be a charcoal canister shutoff valve. Is this the one under the hood or in the back by the fuel filler area? He also informed me it was a "Y58/4 Open Circuit". Any help would be greatly appreciated.
