Is there a system in MB cars to reduce signal strength of the remote access entry systems ? We installed a barrier to prevent stranger cars from entering the parking lot .When inside the car , remote key fob's range is barely 7-8 meters however when outside the very same fob can have a range up to 40 meters .
I switch off the radio in the car and try again nothing changes.I also roll the windows down and press the button again no improvement on the range
