w140 bose amplifier

here we go again. i had the pooping/crackling speakers in my s500 - did plenty of research on this board and determined that it was the amp with bad capacitors. sent the amp in and had 110 capacitors replaced in it...still have the same problem. is the ANYTHING else (head unit, fader, etc. that could be causing this) - it is getting to be ridiculous with no stereo for the last 4 months. thanks in advance!

I had a similar issue, however, my problem was due to a poor power connection to the amplifier. A simple problem that required a lot of hair pulling to find. A stereo shop figured it out.
