14 CLS550 Cannot access engineering mode

14 CLS550 Cannot access engineering mode


Followed other post from Japan member re how to copy MP3's to MusicRegister, it did not work. Went into engineering mode using "#1+hangup" and changed country to Japan. Tried "how to" again, still didn't work. Then, tried to re-enter engineering mode to reset country to US, but now am unable to re-enter engineering mode. What's the solution? How can I get back in EM, or reset the country code by some other means?
