2014 E350, I used an oil extractor thru the dip stick tube twice and it removes only 5 qts of oil before it starts sucking air. The extractor tube can't go in any further. It's at the bottom of the pan. The engine hold 7 qts of oil. Is there a way to get more oil out, such as tilting the car up on one side, etc?

I have same problem with 2014 ML350 BTC diesel. Only it holds about 8 1/2 quarts. There is no access panel on the skid guard or what ever the engine bottom cover is to drain plug. If I could get the car higher up to get under it and take this off I would. Too much plastic for jack stands. Will try ramps next time if I can find them in my shop. Might buy some newer ones. Would cost les than a worthless vacuum pump. I guess this is why it costs so much to have dealer change oil you need a hoist lift.
