Self adaption idle failure

we have a 1997 E230.
When the engine is cold and i start it do the engine runs ok.
But if i put it in D or R and give it a bit throttle so i can drive it stops.
I have cleen the throttlebody, check the wiring, check for leaks, mounted a new Ais Mass Sensor. The ECU are reset with STAR.
The star find a error on camshaft sensor and self adapt idle.
If the engine runs about one minute can I drive almost natural.

Do i need to change the throttlebody????
Any idčas???
