Manual granny clutch messed up after brake pads replaced. Help please

Manual granny clutch messed up after brake pads replaced. Help please
C350. 2006 58k miles
rear pads shot so I replaced them

I did NOT purge the brake lines

Went out and bedded the pads. Everything cool.
Next day clutch almost on floor! And can not put car. in any gear

I bled some air out of the rear lines and now car will barely allow me to engage a gear. But clutch pedal still close to floor

Is their air in the clutch fluid and if so, how to purge it?..

Should I purge the front brake lines ?
