Car battery died while on Star, now Star doesnt work?

Car battery died while on Star, now Star doesnt work?
Hey guys,
Not sure if this is the best place to post question, but any
help would be appreciated!
I have a Star that was hooked up to a car, and while it was
running a quick test, the battery on the car died.
Since then, the Star does not recognize cars/vins and generally
wont do anything.
Any ideas on what happened? Is it a possible fix, or is the system
fried?
