ML 55 Problems not solved

ML 55 Problems not solved
I bought 2 months ago a ML 55 2000 with 38,000 mi.
At 40,000 mi, I took it for a B service at my local MB dealer and also reported:
1. steering wheel sitting slightly to right when driving straight
2. drops of oily fluid on my driveway
3. parking brake adjustement need
4. Sunroof shade difficult to operate
5. Accelerator pedal no smooth
I ended up:
1. paying for an alignement for which my steering wheel is still not perfect
2. paying a steam clean for the engine and replacing the brake pads for the front but could not find any leak. Sait to be recheck at next service: 2 weeks after I again find oil like fluid on my driveway from under the engine.
3. said needs rotor removed for further inspection as system out of adjustment ???
4. Removed my sunroof shade insulation panels ! did not put any new back ! Now I feel like more noise coming from the roof?
5. Replaced binding throttle cable but still not smooth (feels like jumpy)
I felt like the dealer tried not to do much towards the end of the warranty...
