CEL on and i have a code, i need help.
Hey, i have a problem with my c280. Well, actually a lot of problems but let me get to the one that is bugging me to death. I have a CEL on, and my code was a P0505 error. Can anyone tell me what the culprit is? could it be a MAF or a faulty 02 sensor?? I know you helped me before redcoupe but I dont understand too much of what you are saying. Maybe you can explain it to me even further thanks.

Thanks redcoupe, i know it is something with the idle air control sensor, sometimes when i try to floor it, it will go into the passing gear stage which is fine. Other times i will hear this clunking noise underneath the hood on the drive side. Is it my throttle? Can anyone tell me how i can find out if it is my MAF? i mean i can give some readings if you want but i dont know what a normal reading is. Thanks.
