water in headlight
my headlight assemblies get a little fogged up when it rains. i was curious if this is something that i have to worry about. will it cause any damage? it goes go away on its own.

actually the situation is that i put the 02 headlight assemblies on my 00 ml320. at the same time i made the halogens hid's with a retrofit kit. so, i attempted to have them resealed but its a real pain in the a**. just curious if i tis something i have to have repaired or can i just leave it the way it is? thanks for replying.

There is a technical bulletin for ML headlights fogging. They say it is normal, and the condensation will evaporate after about a half-hour of driving with the headlights on.

the condensation does evaporate after 30 min, even without headlights on... just got worried when told could cause a short.
