I have a list of all 203 bulletins, but the list is so incredibly long, it would take me a few hours to type it. Once I get some free time I'll make another thread.

Thanks for the list. I would like a little bit more elaboration of the following:
- shift quality of the 7G (what types of issues?)
- elimination of glove box shelf (was it supposed to be there?)
- update of navigation processor (is it supposed to fix the problem where the car is about 50 feet off?)
- intermittent parktronic problems (I have these, where it randomly activates)

Thanks for your help. Where did you get this info?

There is a software flash update for the transmission control unit which is supposed to solve the shift quality complaints of the 7G trans.
The elimination of the glovebox shelf was just a cost-cutting measure for 2004. If yours is a 2004 model, you are not supposed to have it. The navigation bulletin only addresses problems cars are having when they do not automatically update when an up-to-date DVD is inserted. The front Parktronic sensors may be too sensitive, there are updated sensors which are less sensitive. Also, the bulletin states that front license plate frames should not be installed, as these may interfere with the sensors.

Let me collect the ones that I think maybe related to issues I'm seeing and then I will pm you. I want to take my car in to the dealer in the next 1-2 weeks, so I'm making a list and checking it twice to find out all things that have been naughty and all those things that are working really nice.....(is it too early to start thinking about Christmas?)

TIA

That's a lot of work. Why don't you just scan the list and paste it into a thread? If you don't have access to a scanner or if there is no forum member near you who can do it, I'll do it for you.

Yes,

I want to know about 03 E500 engine noise.

My E500 starting to have more noticable noise after service. (12K miles) The noise is from left size of engine (SBC side, infront of front passager seat, but not SBC pump noise)) Like da, da, da, da....sounds. The noise is constantly going on...The tech told me that is normal for MB engine, but am I pickup the car that is abnormal without noise when is new? BS!!

Also...

When I turn on the fan, I can heard the bell noise. What was the problem.

And.....

I just replace both the rear struts due to leaking and makes noise. It was fine for 2k miles, but now the car is bumping that I can feelt every road bump. I have drive more than 100 units of E500 and this is weird..

Hope you can help me out by telling what I should tell the tech what to look for. Thanks in advance

Hello can anyone please post a video of 2004 e320 with bi-xenon cornering light that goes up and down then left and right on startup, I brought my car to the dealer after the the accident for the headlight replacement, now the headlight was installed the functions of going down and up, then side to side doesn't work anymore. brought it back for reprogramming they said there is no such thing as going side by side it only goes up and down. . . so please if anyone please share a video of your headlight with model 2004 E320.

Thanks

My 04 E320 has the bi-xenon headlights. They only go up/down. The car was built in March 2004 so maybe earlier 04 builds had the side-to-side capability. If you're certain your had this feature before the accident then the dealer reprogrammed it incorrectly or the only software available deleated the side-to-side initialization. I don't think it's needed.
