Help me find faulty ground (2000 w210)

It appears I have a electrical ground problem. One headlight suddenly went very dim and turn signal and brights cut the engine.

Can someone post pictures of where I should be looking for a bad ground.

Internet search is your friend. Took me 30 seconds. Just search for "W210 ground locations".
https://www.google.com/search?q=W210+ground+locations&tbm=isch&tbo=u&sour ce=univ&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwj1gYX_mfvXAhUL8WMKHQZwA7cQ sAQIJg&biw=1366&bih=700#imgrc=_

PM me your email address and I can send you a list of what circuits connect to which grounds. Then you just need to locate that ground location via internet search.
