ECU swap immo problem

C32 AMG(M112K) into S320 (M112) programing issue
Hi! A virgin C32 AMG ECU is now on my hand, what should i do with it with STAR? Does it need engineer version to make it work?
Also, people said the ECU system of C32 and S320 are different, which needs to program all S class system in order to work with C32 ECU+ C32 Engine, but is it true that it cost USD 3800 to program it? If it's true i'm ok, but the dealer said the progress include simple but complicated process of coding of all S class component(Airmatic, ABS, Airbag etc. ), is that even true? where another dealer said it could be done in USD 500. I would like to know what is going on if the quotes having a large amount of differences and which one seems to be real? Thank you very much!
The process of engine modifying 2 weeks ago, now the car is assembled with all hose including radiator and stuff.
Hi guys, im new to this forum, i've owned a 2001 W220 S320 and a 2002 W203 C32, which i just performed an mechanical engine swap (C32 to S320) in Hong Kong.
My question is how can i start the vehicle with S320 EIS and C32 ECU?(I know they are married together and hardly divorce)
Since the S320 ECU (A112 153 00 79) 's immo chip(5P08C3) is physical damaged, swapping the chip to C32 ECU(A 031 545 18 32) is not possible.
Shall i use a Benz computer or some immo bypass to get the car starting? Many many thanks.

You are right, an ecu is married to many things. The ecu would need to be virginized to even try, and that isn't even a guarantee.

i've been searching over the net, is there anything tools that i can virginized the ECU to make it work? There isn't much i can do in Hong Kong due to people just keep asking me to sell your car.

W203 ecu adaptation. Do it with VVDI. The data transfer from old to replacement ECU
- HI there. You can use the VVDI to virginize the ECU and program it or KTM Bench Programmer to transfer the data from the old ECU to the new one.
