2012 Mercedes Benze 350 GLK 4 matic
Serpentine belt and chirping
2012 350 glk 4 matic. Serpentine belt replaced 30,000 miles ago. "Chirping" occurs while engine is cold. Once the engine crosses 75 Degrees (according to the gauge) the "chirping" goes away. Dealer says there is a film on the belt that is causing this and removing it would harm the belt - not buying it. What's happening?
