I am using a usb flash drive to listen to music. For the last week I have been updating all .mp3 files, to have the right title, album, artist, cover artwork.

For some reason, some files dont show the artwork on the car..

So, every .mp3 uses tag id3v2.3, and the artwork is 250x250 that has less than 100kb, and its .jpg

So, for what reason does only ~80% of the files have artwork on the car, even thought every artwork/files have literally the same variables? (On PC is everything ok)

I spent all this sunday searching for anwers but couldnt find any, any tip?

What software are you using to edit the tags? I use the free MP3TAG software and have no problems whatsoever with track details and cover art displaying on the COMAND screen, and most of my cover art is 700x700 and larger than 100KB. My music library consists of a 32GB flash drive containing more than 2,500 320-bitrate MP3 files, which is plugged into one of the console jacks. I leave it set to "Shuffle Medium".

I used MP3TAG also. My flash drive has 128GB and have about 1000 320-bitrate MP3 files. For some reason some files just dont show the artwork... I will try to retag them again when I get home, even thought I did that. Maybe get other artwork file, I dont know what to do.

What year and model is your car? I'm just wondering if it has the same COMAND software version as mine.
