No maintenance indicator at 20k miles?
I have a 2017 GLS 450 with 22,000 miles. We received a service warning at 10k miles and had our first service. However we did not receive an indicator since and the vehicle now has 22k miles. I checked the instrument panel and it says that service C is not due for another 10k miles!

Should I schedule an appointment with a dealer, or are these cars able to run for 20k miles without an oil change? Also should I have them check to see if the indicator is defective?

Schedule the car for the B service.

Request service look into why you didn't get the B service reminder.
