Mercedes 200 cdi 2006 manual
SAM unit replacement
I need to replace my W203 200 cdi 2006 manual rear SAM. I can't find a matching part number but there are a few on the market from the 220 cdi. The part numbers are diferrent but the SW and HW codes do match. Can I use the one from the 22o cdi ? Does it make a difference if mine is manual and the other is auto ?

Sorry I am new to this. what do you mean by post my Vehicle Information Number ? my car's SAM number is 2095452101 and the one available is 2035453801. both have the HW 4004 and SW 0804.
Hope I am not making a fool out of myself with the above ...

Thanks for the above but the current one is 2095452101 not 2095454701 !
