Can anyone tell me if I can swap out a 2014 Cabriolet headlight assembly with a 2016 E400 Cabriolet assembly. They have the same MB part number just different years. They are a little different looking inside the assembly. The body style did not change so they should fit in the opening. I am wondering about the wire harness to the back of the light assembly. Will it have the correct plugs. MB will not say if they will work because you have to give them a VIN. Don't have one for a 2016. I need a car person not a corporate guy. Sometimes we like to do things with our cars. Right?
