A/C temp scale shift

My A/C blows cold, but when I set the thermostat at 72 the car is warmer. I have to set the car in the low to mid 60s for the A/C to come on hard to cool the car down. Is there any adjustment on a thermostat or a sensor to shift the temp scale into the proper range? Is there and adjustment for making the fan response different?

Yes, there is an adjustment using the Star Diagnosis computer.

Also, there are other inputs to the temperature control that vary how it works... such as the light sensor. You may want to have the whole system checked.
