I have spent some time searching but cannot find anything solid on this transmission.

The info I need is on the rear of this transmission there is a sensor mounted. I have seen it referred to as a clutch speed sensor and a rpm sensor.

-is it a hall sensor or a vr sensor?

-does it produce readings in neutral?

-is it on all 716.6 or just the seqtronic?

-any idea of the diameter and tooth count of what it is measuring?

-what information is it feeding the ecu? to my knowledge the ecu gets its tach from the flywheel and the speed from the abs controller.....

You are wasting your time looking at the transmission. I'd be looking at finding a car for the transmission
