Premature Catch When Cranking on 190e
Any time after my car has been sitting and i try to start it, the engine "catches" within second or two, but if i let go of the key the engine fails, or just barely is able to get started.
In the morning it ALWAYS starts immediately, but as i said, after the car has been sitting, when i go to start it, it will catch immediately and not actually be able to start. Second try always works fine.
How do i prevent my car from prematurely catching, or trying ot start before it is ready?
I ask, because i have remote start installed and since it runs based on a tach signal, it stops cranking the engine when it "catches."
Any help would be great. thanks.

e
sorry i cant help
I would dissconect the remote start as it could be interfering with an immobiliser or the ignition system. Thereafter i would buy a haynes manual and check out the fault finding guide. that should snort you out
good luck
