gasket reuse
installed new injector o rings and figured I would do intake manifold gaskets while I had things apart.
when I removed the manifold I must of damaged the vacuum line that runs up from the bottom of the manifold to the flapper control module because I had an air leak and blew smoke into the manifold via a vacuum line and that's where the smoke is coming from. now I have to remove the manifold again to make repairs to the underside vacuum line.
question is: will it be ok to reuse the manifold gaskets since they are new? or is it a one shot deal with these metal gaskets?
intake manifold has already been torqued down and the car was already started once.

Reusing gaskets is not recommended practice. You may be lucky and have no problems. On the other hand, you may not be lucky. If it were my vehicle I would use a new gasket.
