My new 2018 C43 with under 1,000 miles sustained failure of 9-speed transmission which I’m told was caused by a faulty internal pressure control valve. Trans. seized up at 5-10 mph locking all 4 wheels. Couldn’t even get it into neutral for flatbed loading. Dealer told me they found metal shavings in transmission pan, so they installed a new transmission and valve under warranty. Has anyone else heard of a similar problem with the 9-speed transmission? I could only locate one similar report during an 8000 mile car review in Europe.
