2002 CL600 codes P0422 and P1422 Engine Intermittent Miss Runs Rough

2002 CL600 codes P0422 and P1422 Engine Intermittent Miss Runs Rough
Looking for a solution to my early 2002 CL600 occasional engine miss and check engine light. The car has 69,000 miles.
I am relatively certain it is not coils, plugs, intake. Both coils, voltage transformer, factory plugs, intake and valve gaskets, one switchover valve; have been changed out at different times, but all fairly recent. All 02 sensors have also been replaced although about 5000 miles ago. I have verified that all 02 sensors are working.
The car only demonstrates these codes P0422 and P1422 and sometimes runs rough with a random cylinder miss on the passenger side, las t one was cylinder 4. P0422 is Bank 1 Catalyst Below Threshold. I don't know what P1422 is, but it always presents itself along with P0422.
When it is warm out, maybe above 50 degrees F, there are no codes, runs great.
When the engine is cold, and it is cold outside, and after you start it, sometimes this miss occurs and I will get the P0422, P1422, and usually some cylinder 1-6 may also set a code. The roughness goes away, and the car will run great all day. The light will go away, after a few starts as long as the car is relatively warm.
Anyone know for a fact what the P1422 is, and why it comes along with P0422?

Have the car read with a real Star system. That gives way more info.

Have been looking for a shop that actually has a Star system other than the dealer. Dealer already misdiagnosed another problem I had with missing. They wanted to replace a fuel injector, when the cause was a coil.
I'm just hoping someone can first answer what P1422 is?
