Can't get CDI Injector to seal!

I had black death happen to my 2005 E320 CDI. My CDI has 235,000 miles on it. My mechanic has tried 3 times to fix the injectors from leaking. Last time he tired using sealant along with the seal washer. It lasted only a couple of days. Can't get him to work on it. Yesterday I removed #6 injector and cleaned the bore and injector. I purchased a injector bore/cutter kit, new washers, (two types), and bolts. I tried 3 different times and I could not get the injector to seal. One washer was a little thicker than standard, it almost worked. Need help. Any suggestions?

Not sure

Not what you are asking about thread cutter. I used the bore reamer/ cutter until I did not get any residue/particles on the cutter. Used high pressure air to clean the bore.
