2014 E350 Coupe
2014 E350 flashing light indicator on dash

Just 2 hours after coming home from church today, our 2014 E350 coupe will not start. No power accessories work and the only thing on the dash is that the park light and head light indicators will flash for a few minutes. I've tried with the key inserted and the push button and have the same results. No clicking, nothing. Just purchased this car a few months ago and I'm not sure, but think it has the original battery. So, I'm assuming it is just a bad battery. Any one think it might be something different?

Do I need to purchase the rear lamp assembly from Mercedes dealer or will replacement parts from online parts retailers work. Of course dealership cost is much higher than other parts providers. Comments or recommendations?

Not sure why you posted your question to this thread when you probably should have started a new thread. But with regard to your question, we need more information. If there is an aftermarket taillight assembly available (or a good used one on eBay), it should work.

Can you be more explicit about what you need?

This is a bit surprising but not uncommon.
These cars can develop electrical issues.

What you described sounds very much like a simple low voltage issue.

Can you probe the battery and ALT voltages?
What's the date code recent or 5+ years?
