i paid for my manual online at a website and it worked well until i ran into this problem with authentication. I fixed it by changing my laptop time and date to 2014. Make sure to change it back to current year when your using the manual because your web browser may not work

 

The keys have expiration dates, so that makes sense. Sometimes, however, if you change or add a new network card, it will screw up the Hardware ID. Just make sure in the VM settings that you have a MAC address that matches the HW ID for the Server keys.

 

The only way it consistently worked for me is to completely reinstall it again. Start by unzipping files again.
