Back Ground-Daughter's 2001 C240. Battery dying issue. Disconnected seat module, worked for 6 months. Battery dying again. DSheook car to Indie, Bad instrument cluster, she paid $1200 for new cluster, programming, labor. 3 days later, battery dead again. Shop sez it is bad SAM (cost $1000) QUESTION.!. Could the SAM have been the problem the whole time? 2. Can I replace the SAM myself w/o having it programmed? Thanks
