But E350 with bad fuel pump and timing :)

Cool didn't realize it was a tech forum. So need diagnostic information. I have a 2007 E350 that I just picked up. Guy told me I had a p o 0 0 16 an p o 0 0 17. When I scanned it I got p o 0 0 1 0 on my mb2 icarsoft scanner. I bought it for cheap cuz it what is starting. Anyway I deleted the codes, cranked it, cold came back. Removed cam adjusters from Bank One cleaned and switched around. Code never came back, granted I haven't started the car yet. Got a new battery, and remove the cam sensors to check the chain. Lined up the crankshaft 305 degrees all all cans lined up perfectly, except the exhaust cam on the passenger side (Bank 1). So my first question is how Center does the writing have to be? I can see the circle inside the circle but it's not Center the way the other ones are. I took off the front cover for the bank one side to check the alignment of the cams. All the dots lined up however the crank pulley was off about four five degrees. I'm suspecting timing chain and tensioner. Rather than the usual culprit balance shaft.

Also I didn't think that it would cause the car not to start. So I investigated further check compression number one cylinder only read 90 PSI dry, that's the only one I check. Will check the other side in the morning in the interest of not pissing off my neighbors. I got Spark however no fuel pressure. Did not have the pressure gauge, however remove the line and turn key on, I had no gas flowing out the line. I checked power to the relay and the fuse. Both got power and both the relay and fuse were fine. Check power going to the sending unit on the driver side, got power. Then I try to add power to the sending unit thinking it was a fuel pump at the time. No noise however, came to find out this is a pzev vehicle. So the fuel pump was non-assessable. Apparently I have to change the whole thing. I like to think I'm outside of the box, Plus it'd be nice to save money. Has anybody retro fitted an aftermarket pump. I know it's been as hella times but I just haven't seen any answers? Actual question though. How do i feed the power to the pump? Is there away to test the sending unit/filter? I can see on the scanner the fuel pump isnt turning on. Is there anything else I should be looking at or ruling out?

wdbuf5 6 x 6 7 B 0 8 1 8 9 2 is the VIN if it matters

No wis

And I do have access to Wis. However it doesn't work on my iPad or phone. So wiring diagram would be really really helpful. Please
