I've been salivating over an OM606 swap in an old Ford Ranger, but costs have been prohibitive. I had been looking for a 98 or later for the turbo, but I found a cheap 95. What are the differences between early and late? Is it as easy as the turbo and manifold from the later one? Also planning an earlier mechanical injection.
Not really understanding your sarcasm. What's so hard about a 606 swap? Driveline engineering for customs was literally my job for 20+ years. No need to be a dick about it.
