EIS/EZS x164 Cold Solder Joint Fixed, now won't sync with ECU / CDI6
I have a 2010 GL350 Bluetec 164.825 157k Miles, that is being overhauled in my home garage, it has all gone very well, although after replacing the suction line running to the front and rear evaporators, the car experienced a "no crank- no start".
I am running 09.2020 version of Xentry Pass-thru with DAS for diagnosis and repair functions which led me to a dead CAN B. This was then half-split again to find a no-response state from the EIS/EZS. I used the information in this thread as a jump-off point and found, then repaired the solder joint on the 3(5) pin header. Everything tested out with DMM.
I reconnected the EIS unit and still no crank. This is the point that is stopping me cold, since I have found the only issue that is current-stored is the EIS is not synced with the CDI module...
Key Tracking is read, only one key right now

All Drive Auth. is good.
All Access Auth. is good.
CGW tests good.
F/R SAMs test good.
ESL not locked, tests good.
Cluster works, same as ever, Tests good.
ISM tests good.
VGS tests good.
TCU tests good.
ESP is also good.
CAN B is online, and has Comms with CAN C... we also know the CAN D is good, then.
Nothing in coding was changed, except for a Eurocharged Stage 1 Bench Tune removing AdBlue/SCR/DPF done several years ago.
I know the accountants did their best when they designed and engineered these Post-Chrysler merger, but I am wishing I would have bought the Audi, when I work on it.
Questions:
How would I sync the modules without virginizing CDI6?

Will running an initial startup with SCN Coding sync it with the EZS?
Worst case: I would rather not have to virginize the EZS/CDI6/VGS/ESL set, to get this thing to sync, Slightly less bad is to invest in the Abrites, MBProg, ZED, Magic Tool, or any other expensive shop level solution... I don't work on these cars for a living anymore... but, if I continue to have to buy high level tools to fix this purposely, poorly-engineered, I will have to take it up again to pay for all of these tools.
