Sounds like something in the steering linkage (not the PS pump or drive belt). Is there a steering stabilizer (looks like a shock absorber mounted horizontally) on your car? Does the noise occur when the wheel is turned slowly?

Not too sure on the steering stabilizer, is that found outside the car or inside the car?

Yeah it only seems to happen when turning slowly. Especially on tight turns or 3 point turns.

Outside underneath, bolted between a fixed point (a bracket on the front axle) and the steering linkage (tie rod or drag link). Have someone turn the steering wheel stop-to-stop while you watch the linkages move, and see if there's anything obvious or if you can localize the noise source. Some steering stabilizers are oil filled and sometimes seep, while others are gas.

I can barely hear it in the vid so I can't say what I think it is. Is it coming from under the dash or under the front of the car?

Underneath the dash but I can feel it vibrating a bit lower down aswel, Seems to be felt every quarter or half rotation of the wheel when turning it to a full lock clockwise

Then I'd crawl under the dash and watch-listen-feel while you do it. If you can tell is coming from there then remove the big black plastic cover so you can access the steering shaft and narrow down what/where it is.

I suppose one option before you do that would be to raise and lower the wheel all the way and see if the noise changes.
