COMAND language issue

Hi, new here, and I've a question.

My young nephew was playing around with the COMAND head unit on my W210 E240. I think he must have selected the factory settings feature, and everything has reverted to German. I've consulted the manual and have attempted to get it back to English, but unfortunately the SYS Language menu is not selectable. It's blanked out for some reason or other, but the other three menus, Date/Time, Beeps and Display all work. I've had a look at the diagnostics, and two errors appear, but they're coded and the car's not with me right now.

If anyone can help me with this, it'll be much appreciated. Would there be any additional information I could provide that would prove helpful?

Thanks,
Joshua.

Send an E-Mail to the factory, if the dealership can't help. They should be able to give you step by step.
