My question is: When I tested fuse # 52 with a test light, when cranking the car key only one side of the fuse gets power a red light, when I tested the other side of the fuse I don't get a red power light. Is that normal? Is my starter getting the signal?

Your fuse test reveals a blown fuse!
Good job finding it
Now you need to find why this fuse blows open... something in that circuit is ovetloading it!
Proceed by unplugging all major modules that are supplied by that fuse.
Invest in a scanner to help yourself with automated OBD2 self-tests.

The fuse is not broken it looks good also from 15amp a put a 20 amp . So what you're saying is that Fuse # 52 something in that circuit is ovetloading it! The fuse is for the starter motor only.I also check the relay with a profesional relay tester and is good. So that means is my starter is bad? I will hate to change the starter wich on the C-class is very difficult to do. Please help. I'm sending you a pictures with the wires wich I don't understand. If you can advise I will much appreciate.
Check that you have battery voltage during cranking at these 2 locations:
-- point A near relay and-- point B near starter coil
If you do then starter should run!
Any noise or click from starter during crank?
If yes: that is a good sign.
Is battery voltage charged up near 12.6V and holding up load during crank ?
If no: battery needs attention.
If everything does check out ok, the starter is going to be the problem. You can entertain just replacing the brush holder kit based on its overall condition.
