C63s M177 randomly losing power/ boost ( no fault code)
Good day !
Found this forum and noticed a lot of brainy people here lol.
This has been bugging me for a while as I’m helping a friend diagnose this fault .
His C63s would intermittently lose boost/power for a good 5-10mins and recover boost again and no fault codes. This will happen whilst engine running constantly.
Checked for hoses and nothing amiss .
Logged the car and noted it wasn’t closing throttle, wastegate at 5% (opened)… as you keep driving, it would miraculously get boost again. As said lol, no fault code.
Will PayPal dinner if someone can guide me as this is hurting my (our) brain lol.
